Beneath the surface of intimacy, a quieter tension unfolds. This project reflects on desire, performance, and the fragile boundary between freedom and control. Through the juxtaposition of the body and the suspended object, it considers how identity is shaped through systems of display, expectation, and possession.


Rather than presenting the human form as whole or resolved, the work turns toward fragmentation, concealment, and suggestion. The garment becomes a second skin, marked by branding and repetition, while the hanging figure hovers between ornament and restraint. Together, these images propose that attraction is often entangled with power, and that beauty can exist alongside discomfort.


At its core, this collection is a meditation on vulnerability. It asks how bodies are seen, consumed, and disciplined, while also holding space for tenderness, agency, and resistance within structures that seek to define them.
